Why is there paid ticketing this year?
This year, IDWS is introducing paid ticketing to improve the overall event experience for our attendees. Our aim is to focus on quality engagement across the exhibition, conference and workshops, making sure that spaces are better curated, sessions are more interactive and attendees get real value from the content and networking opportunities.
What’s the difference between the passes?
Visitor Pass: Free access to the exhibition floor.
Delegate Pass: Access to conference sessions, technical briefings and networking opportunities.
Premium Pass: For investors and VIP with access to dedicated sessions and networking.
Are meals and accommodation included in the ticket price?
Meals and accommodation are not included. Food options will be available to purchase on-site.
What happens if I can’t attend after purchasing a ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, transfers to a colleague may be possible before the event (subject to approval).
What are the key timings and access details for each day?
You can view the full agenda once its ready and daily timings on our website . Ticket holders will also receive access details by email closer to the event.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes. IDWS is a professional B2B event. Attendees must be 18 or older.
Do I need a visa to attend?
