The outline paper should be written in English and should cover one or more of the selected themes for this year's conference (please refer to the list below). You should present your paper in line with the Scientific Outline Paper Submission Template. Additionally, you'll be asked to share some personal information, such as a short bio, and a profile picture. Finally, you'll upload your paper using the provided template in PDF format. If your submission is selected, this information may be used for the conference agenda and presentation materials.
What should you expect after you submitted your paper?
Once you've completed your submission through the portal, you will receive an automated email confirming that your submission is being processed. You can expect to hear from us with the results by October 20th, 2024. We will notify all authors, whether their papers are selected or not.
