Dedicated Ph.D. researcher in Biological, Environmental,, and Bioprocess Engineering at The University of Sheffield, focusing on the development of microalgae-based bioprocesses to address challenges within the Water-Energy- Food-Climate (WEFC) Nexus. Holds a Master’s degree in Environmenta Engineering from Cranfield University, specializing in sustainable resource management and advanced wastewater treatment technologies. Over ten years of experience in environmental management and process optimization, with expertise encompassing biodesalination, bioremediation, biohydrogen production, and advanced wastewater treatment through microalgae cultivation. Currently involved in a strategic initiative in collaboration with the Saudi Water Authority, aimed at integrating microalgae rocessing into Saudi Arabia’s environmental framework. This project supports the country’s commitment to achieving Net-Zero Carbon by 2060, utilizing algal bioprocesses for CO₂ sequestration, nutrient recycling, and bioenergy production. Additionally serves as an International Engineering Ambassador and advisory board member, reflecting a commitment to bridging academic research with practical applications in sustainable engineering.
