Irina Uzikova is a leading industrial process and nuclear engineer based in Lyon, France, with 13 years of international expertise across Russia, Bulgaria, France, the UK, and Finland in the conception of industrial installations and nuclear reactors. She has served as a consultant for the lifetime extension of the Bulgarian NPP and has worked on radioactive fluid treatment for the Cadarache and Marcoule installations. Additionally, she has contributed to the conception of the Flamanville NPP, HPC NPP, Rolls Royce, Jules Horowitz reactor, and other nuclear reactors. Irina is also a co-author of seven patents and has published several dozen articles in the fields of water treatment, radioactive waste treatment and storage, and nuclear engineering. Passionate about innovation, she is developing breakthrough sustainable Zero Liquid Discharge technology for desalination and wastewater treatment, aimed at water production and lithium extraction.
