Mr. Li Haifeng

Mr. Li Haifeng was appointed as an executive director and a vice president of Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited in August 2008. Mr. Li is also an executive director of Beijing Enterprises Urban Resources Group Limited (Stock Code: 3718), a company listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”). Mr. Li graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Laws from the Peking University. He was an assistant to president of Founder Group and the executive vice president of Founder Xintiandi Software Technology Co. Ltd. Mr. Li was an executive director and the chairman of the board of Carry Wealth Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 643), a company listed on main board of the Stock Exchange from June 2011 to February 2023.
