Djadjiti Namla is a doctoral candidate at King Abdulaziz University, focusing on microplastic pollution in marine environments. As a lecturer in the Department of Biotechnology at Nile University of Nigeria, Abuja, he has dedicated 70% of his time to teaching and 30% to research over the past five years. With extensive experience in both local and international collaborative research, Namla’s interests span biomaterials, ecotoxicology, environmental microbiology, phytomedicine, antibiotic resistance, and sustainable agriculture. Multilingual and originally from Togo, he speaks French, English, Spanish, Turkish, and several African dialects. Beyond the academia, he co-founded NAMLA EDUCATIONAL LIMITED, a STEM-based consultancy. Currently residing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Namla enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling in his spare time.
