Zou Siyi is an accomplished executive with over 16 years of extensive industrial experience in the ICT and telecommunication sectors. Throughout his career, he has held strategic global leadership roles contributing to transformation and advancement in different industrial sectors with focus in water management. Currently serving as Deputy CEO of Huawei Saudi, Zou Siyi leads the enterprise and government business operations. Previously, he was Vice President of Huawei’s Global Government and Public Sector, managing global partnerships and ecosystem development. Zou Siyi also served in different leadership roles in ME & CA regions which he led successfully overcoming challenges and contributing in the industrial transformation in the region. Zou Siyi holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University, China.
