Dr. Abdulrahman Magdy

Dr. Abdulrahman Magdy received his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals in 2017 and earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in 2022. He currently serves as an engineering consultant to the engineering design group in the Saudi Water Authority (SWA), where his work includes water resource planning, water storage, hydrology, and water treatment. Additionally, Dr. Magdy is a sustainable energy expert at the Water Technologies Institute and Research Advancement (WTIIRA), the R&D arm SWA. His expertise spans sustainable energy systems, including clean combustion engines, sustainable thermal technologies, and advanced desalination systems.
