Eng․ Mohammad AlHarthi

Eng. Mohamad Saeed AlHarthi is the Chief Operating Officer and a Board Member of TOYOBO MC Middle East Industries (TMEI), where he leads strategic growth, operational excellence, and the development of advanced desalination membrane technologies. He played a central role in rebranding the company from AJMC to TMEI, positioning it for regional expansion and stronger alignment with global standards. Since joining the organization in 2012, Eng. Alharthi has helped drive major transformations, including the introduction of new product lines such as the HS8 CTA membrane, enhanced digital operations, and the strengthening of TMEI’s technical and commercial capabilities. As former General Manager of Business Development, he led nationwide expansion strategies aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, consistently exceeding targets even in challenging market conditions. Before transitioning to the membrane industry, he built a strong engineering foundation at Saudi Aramco, serving in multiple roles across the Safanyah, Qatif, and offshore fields, with a focus on plant operations, maintenance, and performance optimization. Eng. Alharthi holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering and Mechanical Systems Design from King Abdulaziz University. He is recognized for his leadership, innovation, and contributions to advancing sustainable water treatment solutions across the Middle East.
