H․E Dr. Mansoor Al Hinai

His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mansoor bin Talib bin Ali Al Hinai was appointed as a Chairman of the Authority for Public Services Regulation in 2020 in accordance to the Royal Decree No. 81/2020. His Excellency held the position of Vice President for Distribution and Supply in Nama Group, and a member of the Board of Directors of Mazoon Electricity and Rural Areas Electricity Company, in addition to the Deputy Chairman of Dhofar Power Company Board of Directors. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operations Officer at Muscat Electricity Distribution Company.His Excellency Dr. Mansoor Al Hinai holds a PhD in Financial Economics from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
