James has been working for Hach for over 18 years in a variety of roles. James initially worked solely in the UK, but in 2018 he moved into a European role before moving into a Global role in 2022. James has a deep knowledge of Hach's process instrumentation and Wastewater Treatment processes, especially how these can be optimized. James supports Hach's digital products Globally from Hach in London, UK. James holds a BEng Hons in Mechanical Engineering.
