Eng. Sufyan M. Bouday is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of diverse experience spanning the Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, and Water sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of operations at SIO, he has held various leadership roles across prominent governmental and semi governmental institutions. His expertise encompasses Project Management, Engineering, Facility Management, and operations & Maintenance. As deputy of SIO President for operations and Dams, Eng. Sofyan holds executive responsibility for the strategic oversight, operational integrity, maximizing the use of treated wastewater, surface water, and safety of the Kingdom's extensive network of 574 dams, a critical infrastructure asset with a total storage capacity exceeding 2.6 billion cubic meters. Throughout his career, Eng. Sufyan has successfully led, executed, and delivered highly complex mega EPC projects across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. He is recognized for his ability to navigate multidisciplinary challenges, drive operations excellence, and ensure the successful completion of large-scale initiatives combining strategic vision with operational precision
